How to Pre-order

2. 50% of the total payment including shipping is required to bank in to my maybank or public bank account. Please provide us the proof of payment ( i.e. Reference number, time of transaction, amount banked in...)
3. Your order will be processed immediately after we had received your payment and a receipt of conformation will be issued to you shortly.
4. Please wait for 15-20working days for the arrival of your order. *Please note that arrival period might be delayed because of public holidays(both in USA&Malaysia) or custom clearance time, thusplease do not order if you cannot wait*
5.Buyer will be notified by email/sms upon the arrival of your order, then the buyer must pay the remaining balance before we ship out the items.

This has been asked over and over again. I do have some gift receipts for items purchased at the Coach stores. However, for many items that were bought wholesale, I am not able to provide individual gift receipt. Dust Bag?


Please read the description for each individual item. If the description doesn’t mention about the dust bag then it won’t come with a dust bag. We do not have control over this. Many bags came from Coach Factory without a dust bag and we are unable to provide one.


We prepare shipment to Malaysia once or twice a week depending on the volume. All items are shipped Expedited Air which take around 5-10 days depending on custom clearance.

We provide complementary gift wrapping with original gift box for item priced RM699 or above. You can surprise your loved ones by sending them a Coach product. We do add a RM15 surcharge on top of the postage fee due to the dimension of the gift boxes.
