Authenticity
ALL items sold are 100% Authentic. I take offense to those who carry fake or counterfeit product, making it hard for those HONEST sellers such as myself who do have AUTHENTIC product to sell at a competitive price. Don’t get fooled, some cunning sellers are swapping original handtags, gift receipts and creed to a fake bag. The best way to spot a fake is to examine the bag itself.

Gift Receipt
This has been asked over and over again. I do have some gift receipts for items purchased at the Coach stores. However, for many items that were bought wholesale, I am not able to provide individual gift receipt. But as always, I am so confident that all my items are 100% authentic that I am willing to provide a 200% money back guarantee. Yes, I will refund double the purchasing price if you received a non-authentic item from me.
What's Included?
All Products come with Original Care Card and EXCLUDED Original Price Tag( we don’t include to avoid hefty import tax, based on our experience ,you won't get tax like that ).
Dust Bag?
Please read the description for each individual item. If the description doesn’t mention about the dust bag then it won’t come with a dust bag. We do not have control over this. Many bags came from Coach Factory without a dust bag and we are unable to provide one.
We prepare shipment to Malaysia once or twice a week depending on the volume. All items are shipped Expedited Air which take around 5-10 days depending on custom clearance.

Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia is RM 10
Shipping to Sabah & Sarawak is RM 20.

We provide complementary gift wrapping with original gift box for item priced RM699 or above. You can surprise your loved ones by sending them a Coach product. We do add a RM15 surcharge on top of the postage fee due to the dimension of the gift boxes.
